To aid in a smooth website building process I have outlined what is needed to get started with your website.
To start we have this questionaire –
This questionnaire will cover the bulk majority of what I need to get started. You can submit this questionnaire either via two different emails: contact@innovative-designs.org or yarkamir@hotmail.com

Site Building Questionnaire
- I will provide for you a professional business site with 5 pages included
- A Home Page
- An About Us Page
- A Product or Service Page
- A Contact Page
- And a Page Of Your Choosing
- Provide me pictures of your business and the people you want showcased.
- This should include an external view of your building.
- A picture of the owners and staff, separate and together Pictures of your facilities, services, products.
- Any fun pictures you can think to include
- Branding
- Brand Logo
- Brand Colors (Hex code is preferable)
- Brand Slogan
- For your About Us page I need a picture of the owner of the business and staff you want to highlight.
- A history of the business
- Short bios of the staff you want to highlight and the owner of the business
- For your Contact Page I need:
- Phone Number of your business
- Address of businessWorking Hours of business
- Standard days that you are closed also. IE. Christmas, Thanksgiving, other holidays.
- Email Address
- If they apply
- Any other social media link
- Product or Service Page
- I would like a description of all the services or products you offer. This should be short and to the point. Pictures would help as well.
- Pricing of your services are also very helpful.If you are a general store then just a general statement of what you offer is a good alternative.
- Frequently Asked Questions (optional)
- For your 5th page you get to choose what you want to represent your business.
- This can be a gallery or a blog. This page can be anything you want within reason.
- Any other information or media you would want on your website.

For payment I try to work with businesses to provide a fair price. Once you have decided to use my services half of the decided upon price will be sent via PayPal to me and then upon completion of the site the other half will be sent. If PayPal doesn’t work then let me know and we can figure something out.
The last part of what is needed is for you to sign up for web hosting. This is unavoidable for the moment because I do not offer hosting myself and if I did I could not offer it for as cheap as a major web hosting platform. Sadly this is not something I can do for you because I would need all of your financial information to get it done and this is not something I want or need to complete a website. Once this is done the website is completely yours and you own it outright and will not have to go through me for anything once I have built your site for you. Here is the link.
